By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:

Commissions: We offer a competitive commission rate for all sales generated through your affiliate links. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis. Currently, the minimum threshold for payment is set at $30.

Active Affiliate Status: To maintain an active affiliate status, your average commission over a six-month period must be greater than $0.

Marketing and Communications: By becoming a Tayloáni affiliate, you are opting in to receive marketing and email communications from our brand. However, you may choose to opt out at any time.

Commission Fees:

Commission Reversals: Commissions may be reversed in cases of returns, order cancellations, or erroneous order duplications.

Disputed Orders: We reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders that we reject and are unable to fulfill.

By applying and participating in the affiliate program, you hereby agree:

To not misrepresent, disparage, or tarnish Tayloáni or any other Tayloáni properties, products, including intellectual property.

To not engage in any acts or omissions that are in any way likely to impair or cause damage to Tayloáni and the Tayloáni affiliate program.

To follow and comply with the FTC endorsement guidelines in connection with any sponsored advertising or endorsements and any use of Tayloáni materials in connection with your status as an affiliate. As an affiliate, you agree to disclose your material relationship to Tayloáni in accordance with FTC requirements whenever promoting Tayloáni on your own website or social media page.

To comply with the CAN-SPAM Act in connection with all commercial messages that you send via email.

To not infringe on any of Tayloáni's intellectual property, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks.

To comply with the highest applicable industry standards and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Tayloáni reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to deny anyone access to the affiliate program and the Tayloáni website or terminate any affiliate account, without notice, who does not abide by these guidelines. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Tayloáni may from time to time monitor your affiliate account activity on our site and on your own site to verify that you are in compliance with all terms and conditions contained herein.

Any suspected abuse of the affiliate program, failure to follow any program terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, or other conduct inconsistent with these program terms may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the program. If your membership is revoked, any commissions, rewards, or benefits in your account will automatically expire, and your access to the affiliate program and features will automatically terminate.

Upon termination, you agree to discontinue the use of all links, logos, banners, and promotional materials provided to you by Tayloáni.
